WELL KNOWN NURSE DIES AFTER LONG SICKNESS
Funeral at Late Home Tuesday Afternoon at 2
The death of Mrs. Susie Suttles occurred at her home on West King street at 6:35 o'clock this morning following an illness of three months, the result of a paralytic stroke.
Mrs. Suttles was well known in this community as a capable and sympathetic nurse, and had endeared herself in that capacity in many homes.
For many years, she lived with and cared for her aged father and mother, the late Mr. and Mrs. Richard Rose.
She was born in Kentucky October 9 1853, and later came to the city with her parents. She was a member of the Christian Church of this place. Funeral services will be held at the late home Monday afternoon at 2 o'clock, the Rev. B. P. Smith in charge of the services.
Burial will be made in Greenlawn. Friends may come anytime after 2:30 o'clock Sunday afternoon.
