Miss Olga Rosen, of 243 North McNeil, former secretary to a former Memphis mayor, the late Rowlett Paine, and retired employee of the Memphis and Shelby County Planning Commission, died yesterday at her home. Memphis Funeral home was in charge. She was a member of the Salon Circle.
She leaves a cousin who helped care for her, Miss Esther Springer of Memphis
