Lance Charles Claymore, Wambli Cikala (Little Eagle), entered the Spirit World on October 23, 2016. He was formerly from Fort Yates, ND; at the time of his passing, at 66 years of age, he was at the Golden Living Center in Mobridge, SD.

He was preceded in death by his parents, Earl Henry Claymore and Evelyn May Agard-Claymore; brother, Wade Stephen Claymore; grandparents Cyril & Catherine Pleets-Agard, Charles & Elizabeth Whitesell-Claymore; children Luree Carol Claymore & Clay Charles Claymore; grandchildren Christina Clayce Claymore & Cole Tyler Harrison.

As a kid he was an excellent grass dancer and he enjoyed hunting, fishing, watching boxing, and cooking. He took pride in the fact that he was a single-father, who also spent time rais-ing his grandchildren. Lance worked various jobs: construction laborer, custodial, ranch hand, and at the Prairie Knights Casino. Lance loved his children and grandchildren.
