Buddy , family pet of the Ballard Family , passed away at the age of 11 on July the 20th , 2016. He was the pup of Charmin' Chester & Red Skillet , who were both bred and raised in Deland. Buddy was registered through the Continental Kennel Club on August the 11th , 2005. Buddy was a purebred Piebald Miniature Dachshund.
Buddy was one of the most loving and loyal companions the Ballard Family will ever come to know. He was such a sweet and gentle loving soul who will be deeply missed by us all.
Buddy had contracted Pancreatitis in the fall of 2013 and had been hospitalized for 13 days. Buddy had miraculously survived and was deemed & labeled a miracle dog.
Buddy , unfortunately started to develop blindness , a neurological disorder and cancer in 2016. He succumbed to these complications on July the 20th , 2016.
