Thomas B. Apple, age 72 of Ashmore, died Monday, November 19, 2012 at Sarah Bush Lincoln Health Center.
Tom was born August 17, 1940 to Guy Thomas Apple Jr. and Cora Mae (Dean) Apple. Tom was a wonderful dad and a hard working man who loved working on the farm.
He is survived by one son, Guy Apple of Charleston, IL; three daughters: Ronna Abernathy of Springfield, IL, Tammy Apple of Wisconsin and Tina Brewer of Charleston, IL; one brother, Dick Apple of Oakland, IL; one sister-in-law, Janice Apple of Oakland, IL; eight grandchildren and one great-grandchild.
A graveside service will be held at Shields Cemetery, Friday, November 23, 2012 at 11:00 a.m. Krabel Funeral Home of Oakland is handling arrangements for the family. For those who wish, memorials may be made to the Apple family.
