Survivors include a daughter, Julia O'Keefe of Naperville, Illinois; a son and daughter-in-law, Frank J. and Carolyn O'Keefe of Elkhart, Indiana; and two sisters, Rose Ann Larger of Piqua, and Margaret Benkert of Ann Arbor, Michigan. She was preceded in death by two brothers and three sisters.
Mrs. O'Keefe graduated from Piqua Catholic High School and attended the Ideal Business School. She was a homemaker and a member of St. Mary Catholic Church.
A Mass of Christian Burial will be celebrated on Thursday, July 1, 2004 at 10:00 am in St. Mary Catholic Church with Rev. Fr. Anselm Boeke as Celebrant. Burial will follow in Forest Hill Cemetery. Visitation will be on Wednesday from 5:00-8:00 pm in the Jamieson & Yannucci Funeral Home where a prayer service will be conducted at 5:00 pm.
