Philbrook removed from Lee to Nottingham, NH bef 1790 and died 1805 there. The petitioner of his Will was his spouse, Mary. There was some sort of dispute and the docket was reading, "Dower of Mary Barker in estate of Philbrook Barker late of Nottingham, deceased and division between his son Timothy Barker, date June 11, 1806."
