Priscilla was the daughter of Albert James McComb and Marion Ernella Scribner)
She was born at home on Walker Street, Concord, Merrimack, New Hampshire.

Priscilla graduated from Concord High School in 1936 at the age of 16.

Married George Arnold Osgood
and then she retired.

During her career she worked as a parish secretary at St. Paul's Church, she owned and operated a private secretarial service called the Letter Den, she worked in the guidance department at Concord High School and was a receptionist for Thomas Cogswell, a physician.

After retirement she became a volunteer for the Hospice Program, after being well instructed on her duties. Priscilla drove to homes of terminally ill patients to relieve caregivers. Once the beautiful Hospice House was built, Priscilla signed up to be a volunteer at the House. She also was a volunteer at the Food Pantry at St. Paul's Church.
