Son of Peter Wyckoff and Elizabeth Van Pelt.

Baptized on 7 August 1720 at First Reformed Church (Church of the Three-Mile Run), New Brunswick, Middlesex Co., New Jersey.

Married Barbara Bennet, daughter of Cornelis Bennet and Engeltje, circa 1740 (the two had been baptized on the same day, in the same church).

Cornelius Wyckoff was named in his father's will dated on 16 November 1776 given £10 for his birthright. Also names his son, Peter.
Will dated 16 November 1776 Peteres Wykoff of Middlebush, Somerset Co., yeoman. Being old. Wife to have the use of my plantation. Daughter, Geertye, £50. Son, Peter, the use of the farm where he lives. After wife's death, estate to be sold. Son, Cornelius, £10 as his birthright. Grandson, Peter, son of Cornelius, £10. I leave to my wife Gertie, all my real and personal estate for life, but if she marry then she shall give all to my two sons, Nicholas and Hendrick, to enjoy the same, as it is set forth in certain deeds of sales made by me to them, and my two sons have given bonds to me in the sum of £650, by which each of them is to pay to their brothers and sisters viz: Simon, Jacob, John, Petrus, Mary, Margaret, Petrella, and Hannah, each £3, within a year after my wife's decease. If my wife marries thay are to pay her £30, for her maintainance. I leave to my son Simon a silver tankard, for his birthright. I leave to my son Hendrick a silver mug. All the rest of my estate is left to my 10 children after the death of my wife. I make my son-in-law, Hendrick Eldertson, executor. Witnesses: Jacobus Stryker, Jan van Arsdalen, S. Geritsen. Proved 10 May 1746.
