Adelaide married railway clerk, Francis Collins (1832-1873) on January 25 1858 in Hoxton, London at St. John's church.
They had the following children together:

Francis John Collins 1861-1931
Kate Eliza Collins 1863-1863
William Kilbee Collins 1868-1947
Following Francis' death. Adelaide remarried to another Collins (presumably unrelated to her first husband) named, John.
John was a widower and the couple married on June 30, 1880 at Holy Trinity in Hoxton. Sadly, John would die in 1883 at 66 years of age.
