Mrs. Cinda R. Ezzi

Cinda R. Ezzi of Punta Gorda, FL passed away on January 1, 2017, after bravely battling cancer. She was born in Kingwood, WV and raised in Masontown, WV by her parents Rudolf Soccorsi and Betty Wright/Soccorsi. In 1966, she graduated from Valley High School and went on to Morgantown Beauty College. Her beautician career lasted approximately seven years and included her managing a beauty shop. Cinda moved to Ocean City, NJ in 1975, where she entered the medical profession in communications. She married the love of her life, Dominic, in 1977. They relocated to Punta Gorda, FL with their son Tyler in 1978. Cinda reentered the medical profession in communications in 1980 at Fawcett Hospital, where she worked her way up to being the director of communications. She later became the director of the Senior Friends program at Southwest Regional Hospital in Fort Myers, FL. After retiring, she decided to get into marketing and worked for several MRI companies. Her career in marketing ended at Home Instead. Cinda enjoyed spending time with family and friends, bunco friends, music and dancing, the beach, and shopping. She was a beloved wife, mother, daughter, sister, grandmother (Nana), aunt, and friend who will be greatly missed by everyone that knew her. Cinda will be remembered for her love and devotion to her family and friends, her generosity, her kind heart, her positive attitude, and her smile. Cinda is survived by her loving husband of 40 years Dominic; mother Betty Soccorsi; son Tyler Ezzi and his wife Monica; grandchildren, Tyler Ezzi II, Angelina Ezzi, and Nathan Ezzi; sister Dee Halterman; Brother-in-law John Ezzi and wife Susanne; Brother-in-law Thomas and wife Julianne; along with several nephews, cousins, and other extended family members.
