IRA D. ROSSMAN, retired paperhanger and farmer, died yesterday evening at 6:45 o'clock at his home in Leitersburg, aged 72 years. He has been in failing health for the past three years but critically ill for two weeks.
Born in Salem, Adams County, Pa., he was the son of George H. and Nancy Kunkle Rossman and spent his early life in Quincy but most of his life he resided in Leitersburg and vicinity.
He was a member of the Order of Red Men, Leitersburg.
Surviving are two nieces.
Funeral will be held at the Grove Funeral Home, Waynesboro with the Rev. L. E. Straub of the Evangelical and United Brethren of Mt. Alto officiating.
Interment in Quincy cemetery.
The body may be viewed on Sunday evening from 7 until 9 o'clock at the Grove Funeral Home.
