This is a cenotaph memorial on the headstone in Windthorst for Frank's wife Charlotte Gertrude Cook. Frank Alexander is actually "sleeping" at the Trunk Road Cemetery in Bruce Mines, Algoma District, Ontario, Canada (linked here). Frank and Charlotte married in Windthorst in 1909 and their first daughter Alberta would be born here in 1910. The family moved back to Ontario in 1911 with their 2nd daughter Edith Rebecca being born in Cochrane, Algoma District, Ontario the same year.
