Mrs. Olive Lee Berry, of 102 Triphammer Road, was killed by a train four miles north of Ithaca.

Olive Nutting was the first wife of Romeyn Berry. The two were married in Nova Scotia in 1908. They were the parents of three daughters, Elizabeth W. Berry, Ruth Seely Berry and Hilda Truslow Berry.

Her husband and two daughters, Ruth and Hilda survive. A sister, Mrs. Philip Hooper (Grace) Moore, Chester, Nova Scotia, also survives. She was predeceased by her brother, Raymond Nutting, who was killed in a fall in the Andes Mountains, Peru, in 1911.

Funeral services were held at Sage Chapel, Cornell University.
