Mrs. Beverly Dean Kruse, age 65, of Cleveland, Georgia, formerly of Carrollton, Georgia passed away on Friday morning, February 3, 2017. She was born June 1, 1951 in Carrollton, Georgia, the daughter of the late Hubert A. “Bud” Dean and the late Dora Towns Dean. She graduated from Tift College where she earned a double degree in Psychology and Religion. She was a member of Helen First Baptist Church. Survivors include her daughter and son-in-law, Bobbie & Eric Atkins of Cleveland, Georgia; family friends, Jeff Cason and Brad Cason; sisters, Linda and her husband, Wayne, and Becky; and brother, Steve. Funeral services will be conducted at 4:00 PM on Sunday, February 5, 2017 from Martin & Hightower Heritage Chapel with Rev. Jim Holmes officiating. Interment will follow in Roopville City Cemetery. Those serving as pallbearers will be Jeff Cason, Ronald Holcomb, Wesley O’Tule, David Murphy, Tony McElwaney, and David Elkins.
