Jacob Adams, 83, retired farmer, died Sunday at 9 p .m. in the home of a daughter, Mrs. Fred C. Wolfe, Port Washington Route 1, following a long illness.
He was born Oct. 29, 1866 near, Stone Creek, a son of John Jacob and Anna Margaret Brown Adams. His wife, Eliza, died in 1939.
He was a member of St. Paul's Evangelical and Reformed Church in Port Washington.
surviving, besides the daughter, are two brothers Albert and William Adams; one sister, Caroline Deibel, all of Canton; three grandchildren and three great-grandchildren.
