Dennis Leon Meek was born in Decatur, TX on February 28, 1927 to Coleman and Naomi Meek and passed away February 5, 2017. He joined the U.S. Navy during World War II when he was 17 years old. He worked for General Motors in the parts department for 45 years and then retired. He also worked for the Ft. Worth Sherriff's Dept. a number of years part time. He was preceded in death by his parents, wife, Joyce and sister, Betty Cantrell. "Bubba", as we all called him, will be greatly missed and was loved by so many.
