At the age of 18, Amelia married John Pringle in Western Australia on the 29 April 1864. She had two children to John.
Elspet Minnie Pringle born 1867. Her son John Frederick Pringle born 1869. Sadly dying 5 months and 7 days after birth.
Amelia is buried in a family grave on the heritage trail at Fremantle Cemetery, Western Australia.
