SPRING VALLEY -- Victoria Terando, 91, of 600 W. Cleveland St. died at 11:50 p.m. Friday, March 17, 1995, at Care Inn Convalescent

Centre in LaSalle.

Born Dec. 13, 1903, in Spring Valley to Matthew and Frances Chorzempa, she married John Terando on July 22, 1922, in Spring Valley. He died March 16, 1986. Several brothers and sisters also preceded her in death.

Surviving are two sons, Donald of Evanston and Raymond of Visalia, Calif.; three brothers, Sam Chorzempa and Leonard Chorzempa, both of Spring Valley and Andrew Chorzempa of Seattle; two sisters, Mrs. John (Leona) Kuk of Ottawa and Mrs. Gerald (Frances) Klingler of Peru; eight grandchildren; and four great-grandchildren.

She worked at Westclox in Peru.

She was a member of Sts. Peter and Paul Church in Spring Valley and its Solidarity.

Services will be at 9:30 a.m. Tuesday at Barto Funeral Home and at 10 a.m. Tuesday at her church. The Revs. Valentine Liss and Richard Kolzcaski will officiate. Visitation will be from 5 to 8 p.m. Monday at the funeral home, with a prayer service at 5 p.m.

Burial will be in Valley Memorial Park.
