Visitation 12-8 p.m. Monday and 12 p.m. Tuesday until the time of the service at the funeral home. Neil was born in Flint, Michigan on March 11, 1983 and was a resident of Burton most of his life. He graduated from Kearsley High School and Mott Community College. Neil had a passion for art and painting.
