Born in Sampson County, NC, she was the daughter of the late Nebraska B. "N.B." and Maude Royal Crumpler. She was the widow of James Lewis Paschall Sr.
Mrs. Paschall was a homemaker. She was a member of Flat Rock United Methodist Church, the choir, and the Mary V. White Sunday School Class.
A graveside funeral service will be held Thursday, May 15, 2014 at 11:00 a.m., at Flat Rock United Methodist Church Cemetery, conducted by the Rev. Cathy Hoyle.
Surviving are a daughter, Mary Katherine Paschall of the home; a son, James Lewis Paschall Jr. of Raleigh, NC; a sister, Betty C. Marino of Bryson City, NC; and a brother, Norman B. Crumpler of Durham, NC. In addition to her husband, she was preceded in death by three brothers, Thurman D. Crumpler, Herman Crumpler, and Stanford Crumpler.
The family will receive friends Wednesday, from 7:00 to 8:30 p.m., at Flowers Funeral Home. All other times, they will be at the home, 1639 Oakdale Circle, Henderson.
Flowers will be accepted; or memorials may be made to Flat Rock United Methodist Church, c/o Virginia Parrott, Financial Secretary, 1380 Horseshoe Bend Road, Henderson, NC 27537.
