Quentin Burton, 75, of Palermo, NY, died January 24, 2007. Quentin was born in Volney Center, NY and the son of the late, Alvah and Agnes (Watt) Burton. Quentin was a Mexico High Graduate and also received an associates degree from Suny Canton, Canton, NY. He was the founder and owner of Burton Truck & Auto, in Palermo, NY. Quentin was a farmer and also drove a milk truck for many years. Quentin will be greatly missed, as he was a loving husband and father. Surviving are loving wife of 51 years, Janice (Coe) Burton of Palermo, NY; sons, Shawn Burton of Central Square, NY, Valentine Burton of Palermo, NY, Buckminster Burton of New Haven, NY, Erik Burton of Phoenix, NY; daughters, Tina Sheldon of Fulton, NY, Starlene D. Burton of next door, Shamone Burton of Volney, NY, April Trumble of Parish, NY, Tonya Kelsey of Vermilion, NY, Sandra Coe of Mexico, NY; sisters, Dawn Ryder of Clifford, NY, Marjorie Barney of Mexico, NY; many nieces and nephews; 33 grandchildren; 15 great-grandchildren. Mr. Burton was predeceased by two sons, Timothy and Jesse Burton; and a brother, Bruce Burton.
