Cassidy
John B. Cassidy died Monday at his home on Pennell Road, Village Green.
Mr. Cassidy retired from the old Philadelphia Quartz Inc. of Chester in 1954.
He was born in Feltonville and lived in Upland 50 years before moving to Village Green seven years ago.
He is survived by his widow, Anne Ruby; three sons, George F. of Aston Mills, Francis J. of Rockdale and William B. at home; three brothers, Elmer of West Chester, James of Green Ridge and Frederick of Chester; two sisters, Mrs. Dora Butler of Upland and Mrs. Jennie Paterson of Lenni; and 13 grandchildren.
Services will be 2 p.m. Thursday in the White Luttrell Funeral Home, 240 Pennell Road, Village Green. Burial will be in Upland Baptist Cemetery.
Calling hours will be Wednesday evening in the funeral home.
