He was an iron worker in the steel industry for many years. He loved talking on the C.B. Radio and was known by the handle “C.C.”
He was preceded in death by his loving wife, Cora Carter; a son, Roger Carter and an infant son.
Survivors include his daughter, Kayla Carter & husband Roger Nickels; grandchildren, Misty Carter and fiancé, John Blair, Joshua, Jacob, Kira, and Kelly Whalley; two sons, Paul and Jeff; sister, Frances Herron; along with numerous additional family members.
Funeral arrangements were private.
