Lester (Lister) Nealy was born about 1854 in Columbus County, North Carolina, the third born child of Edmund Nealy (who died as a result of the Civil War) and his second wife Elizabeth A. Cartrette Nealy. Lester’s burial place is probably in Columbus County, perhaps at the McPherson Cemetery. Any help in finding his exact burial place and learning when and where he died would be appreciated.
