January 12, 2004 Kimmons Bailey Jr. Kimmons Bailey Jr., 76, of Louisville, died Sunday, January 11, 2004. He was the retired owner of Dixie Boot Outlet, a member of Highland Park Christian Church and an Army veteran of World War II. Survivors include his wife, Polly 'Wheeler' Bailey; his children and their spouses, Barbara and Chuck Jarzynka, Roy and Delores Bailey, Dan and Karen Bailey and Mike Bailey; nine grandchildren; and eight great-grandchildren. His funeral service will be held at 11 a.m. Wednesday at Owen Funeral Home, 5317 Dixie Hwy., a family-owned and operated funeral home centre. Burial will be in Louisville Memorial Gardens- West. Visitation will be from 2-7 p.m. Tuesday.
