YEAGER, Phyllis Rogers, 84, of 2828 Hollins Rd., N.E., Roanoke, died Sunday, April 25, 1993, in a local hospital. Surviving are her husband, James O. Yeager; daughter and son-in-law, Elizabeth (Betty) and Elmer East of Hardy; son and daughter-in-law, James C. and Eloise Bair of Columbus, Ohio; five grandchildren; seven great-grandchildren; three great-great-grandchildren; brother and sister-in-law, A. W. and Mary Rogers of Hisperia, Calif.; also surviving are several nieces and nephews. Funeral services will be at Oakey's Roanoke Chapel, 1:30 p.m. Tuesday, with the Rev. Don McCaskill officiating. Interment will be in Blue Ridge Memorial Gardens. Friends may call at Oakey's Roanoke Chapel.
