Susan Emma McWherter, 76, of Latrobe, died Monday, August 31, 1970, following a lingering illness.
She was born Dec. 23, 1892 in Clymer.
Surviving are her husband, Jesse I. McWherter Latrobe; two sons, Leroy at home; Robert Reynolds, Salina; a step-daughter, Mrs. Robert (Annabel) Wilburn, Blairsville RD; five grandchildren; seven great-grandchildren; a brother, Alton Ray Wagner, North Lima, Ohio.
Family will receive friends at the Richard W. Dell Home for Funerals, Latrobe, 3-5 and 7-9 p.m. today and Wednesday where services will be held 11 a.m. Thursday with the Rev. Robert R. Vogelsang, D.D., officiating. Interment will be made in the Unity Cemetery, Latrobe.
