Richard Bockenkamp, 67, passed away peacefully on Saturday, April 8, 2017 at home in Concrete, Washington.
He was born on July 10, 1950 in Shelby, Montana, raised in Anacortes, Washington, and settling in Concrete.
Richard was an U.S. Air Force Veteran.
Richard is survived by his brothers and sisters and their spouses, Annette and John Hornsby, of Oak Harbor, WA, William and Patricia Bockenkamp of Edmonds, WA, Susan Donnell of Beeville, TX, Helen and Gary Stephens, of Arnold, CA, Lawrence and Donna Bockenkamp of Gig Harbor, WA, Jean and Steven Spaulding of Everett, WA, Steven and Cathy Bockenkamp of Traverse City, MI, Barry Bockenkamp of Concrete, WA, Brian Bockenkamp of Eatonville, WA, Gregory Bonkenkamp of Mount Vernon; and many nieces and nephews.
Richard was preceded in death by his parents, Herman (Bocky) and Susan Bockenkamp; brothers, Clifford Bockenkamp, David Bockenkamp, and Garry Bockenkamp.
A private family inurnment was held at Grand View Cemetery in Anacortes, WA.
Cremation arrangements are under the care of Lemley Chapel, Sedro-Woolley.
