Annie Lambert Baxley, 68, wife of Daniel B. "Dan" Baxley, III, passed away Wednesday, April 26, 2017 in a Georgetown hospital.
Mrs. Baxley was born in Georgetown, SC, a daughter of the late Cleveland and Corine Goins Lambert. She was a homemaker and was of the Holiness Faith. She enjoyed working in her yard especially working with her flowers and taking care of her grandchildren. She was a devoted reader and most of all she enjoyed studying her Bible.
Surviving are her husband, Daniel B. "Dan" Baxley, III; children, Daniel B. (Laura) Baxley, IV, Angela (Joe) Watson and Rev. Andrew (Tina) Baxley; brothers, Ervin Lambert, Fred (Ann) Lambert, Michael Lambert, Tony (Debbie) Lambert, and Jack (Imogene) Lambert; sisters, Grace Teeters and Alice (Bobby) Flowers; 8 grandchildren. She was predeceased a brother, Phillip Lambert; sister, Elizabeth Johnson.
Graveside services will be held at 1:00 PM Friday, April 28, 2017 in the Rose Hill Baptist Church Cemetery, 4681 Rose Hill Road, Georgetown, SC 29440, directed by Morris Funeral Home of Hemingway, SC
The family will receive friends after the service.
