Bountiful, Utah-Carma passed away December 12th after complications from surgery at Lakeview Hospital. The love and dedication of her family surrounded her until the final moments. She was born in Salt Lake City on May 2, 1930 to Floyd Quincy and Leone Hepworth Hatch, the youngest and only daughter of three. She lived in Bountiful most of her life and married Jerrold Ray Hogan on June 21, 1946 in Bountiful. They later divorced and she married Gerald Penrose Langton on June 8, 1992 in Nevada. They lived in St. George until his death in 1999. In 2002 Carma and her first husband, Jerrold reunited and she lived the remainder of her life in Bountiful.
Carma was preceded in death by her parents, brother Val Hatch, sister-in-law Geraldine Hatch and son Randy James Hogan. She is survived by her children, Jerry Ray (Linda) Hogan, Jillene Parkin (Herbert) Lander, daughter-in-law Angie Reyes Hogan, nine grandchildren and numerous great-grandchildren and great-great grandchildren.
A celebration of life to honor Carma will be held December 17th from 5:30pm to 7:30pm at Eldredge Manor, 564 West 400 North, Bountiful.
