The body was removed to the Gordon Funeral Home where it was prepared for burial and where it will remain until Wednesday afternoon when it will be taken to the home of her niece, Mrs. Ira Graham, 406 Wilson Street, the only living relative. Funeral services will be held from St Joseph’s Catholic Church Thursday morning at 9:00 o’clock. Interment will be in the Catholic Cemetery.
Miss McArdle, who was a sister of the late William McArdle, was born northwest of the city and had lived in this community her entire life. For the past twenty years she had resided in Chillicothe.” The Chillicothe Constitution, December 29, 1925
