Mrs. Dorothy (Eaton) McMahon, 55, wife of William B McMahon, Chateaugay immigration inspector, was killed Saturday when her car left Rte. 11 in Ellenburg Depot into a utility pole & tree.

She was the daughter of Mrs. Jennie M Eaton of Washington and the late Admiral Joseph G Eaton.

She was married in NYC. The couple moved to Chateaugay in 1936, upon McMahon's transfer to the immigration station here.

She is also survived by two daughters, Mrs. Joseph Terry of Brushton and Mrs. Robert Crosser of Bethesda, MD

Funeral services will be held at Chateauguay Presbyterian Church. Burial will be at Norwell, MA.
