Brighton - DAVID GARLAND GOLDEN, 81, of Brighton, TN died Sunday, November 30, 2008 at Baptist Memorial Hospital. He was a retired truck driver (Golden Eagle), a member of Crosspointe Baptist Church, a WW II Army veteran and a teamster, local 667.

Mr. Golden is survived by his wife of 52 years, Wilma Golden; five daughters Cindy Fisher (Scott), Jeanell Morse (Rodney), Marian Stocks (Joe), Darlene Golden and Lorraine Birchfield (Tim); eight grandchildren and ten great-grandchildren.

Visitation will be 5-7 p.m., Tuesday, December 2 at Forest Hill Funeral Home East. Services will be at 2 p.m., Wednesday at the funeral home, with interment to follow in Forest Hill Cemetery East. Forest Hill Funeral Home East 901-382-1000
