Mrs. Hattie Pierson, Aged 56, Succumbs to Pneumonia
Mrs. Hattie Pierson, an inmate at the Central hospital for the insane at Jacksonville for several years, from this county, died at that place Monday night at the age of 56 years as a sufferer of pneumonia. The remains arrived in the city last night from Jacksonville, and the funeral services will be conducted from the Freiburg chapel this afternoon at 3 o'clock. One daughter, residing in this city, survives.
