She was born July 27, 1933 in Rossville to the late Andrew Oscar and Orpha Eunice (Beeghley) Long. She attended Rossville High School. Her marriage was to James Leroy Bellah on January 3, 1954 in Rossville.. She was a member of First Assembly Community Ministries, Lafayette.
Virginia enjoyed knitting, crocheting, and reading. She loved her cat Mittens, who will now miss Virginia dearly.
She is survived her husband James; her 3 children, Michael (Lynn Marie) Bellah, Janet Blackburn, Donald Bellah; 14 grandchildren, Joshua Bellah, Stephanie (Kurt) Ziems, Melissa (Jeff) Herrin, Reanna (Aaron) Ramsey, Amanda (Brent) Oakes, Jennifer Bellah, A. J.
