Sandusky, Feb. 4Mrs. Anna Dafoe, 84, lifelong resident of this community, died Sunday after a brief illness.
She was born Jan. 1, 1862, in Fremont Township. She was married to William Dafoe Sept. 1, 1879. Mr. Dafoe died 29 years ago.
Prayer services will be held at 1:15 p.m. Tuesday in the Hacker funeral parlors arid funeral services will be held at 2 p.m. in Wheatland Mennonite church. Rev. P. 0. Hawley, East Detroit, and Rev C. B. Wilson, pastor, will officiate. Burial will be in Sutherland cemetery.
Mrs. Dafoe is survived by two daughters, Mrs. Asa Germain, Sandusky, and Mrs. Clara Barnes, Port Huron; four sons, Fred Dafoe, Decker, Hawley Dafoe, Rochester, Mich., Archie Dafoe, Jackson, and William Dafoe, in Washington State; grandchildren. 29 great-grand-children and two great-great-grandchildren.
