She was born on January 22, 1960, in St. Joseph, to Lester and Evelyn (Hawk) Babcock.
Emma enjoyed being an advocate for disabled individuals. She was a member of the Three Angels Seventh-Day Adventist Church.
She was preceded in death by her parents.
Survivors include one daughter; four sons; brothers, James Babcock, Raymond Babcock, Lawrence Babcock (Michelle); and numerous nieces, nephews, aunts, uncles, and cousins.
The family will gather with friends 4-6 p.m. Sunday, Three Angels Seventh-Day Adventist Church.
