(Clasped Hands) Erected by Agnes Wilson, in memory of her husband George McLellan, who died at Knock, Glenluce 22nd July 1897, aged 63 years. Also there son George who died 28th February 1874 aged 2 years and 10months. Also their daughter Jane who died at Newton Stewart 11th February 1912 aged 44 years. Also their grandchildren Georgina who died at Glenluce 18th May 1888 aged 71/2 months. Agnes who died at Knock 24th December 1895, aged 13years. Also the above Agnes Wilson who died at Newton Stewart 16th Oct 1913 in her 85th year. Also her daughter Agnes who died at Stranraer 11th Aug 1918 aged 62 years. Also her daughter Mary, who died at Stranraer 31st Oct 1925 aged 65 years. Also her granddaughter Mary who died at Stranraer 5th Sept 1957 aged 72 years. R Clive (Sculpter)
