Morris was the son of Gottchalk Frohmann and Spritz May Frohmann.
He immigrated to the United States when he was 18 years old, became naturalized and learned the trade of being a butcher.
He met and married Cecelia Ullmann in 1875; I couldn't find evidence of children.
Morris developed chronic parenchymatous nephritis and died. Morris and Cecelia lived in a tenement at 600 West 163rd Street, where Cecelia was still living when she died.
