Ione Carma Carver, 84, passed away August 25 2017.
Born June 24, 1933, to J Lee and F May Rigby Peterson. She married Denton J Carver June 27, 1950 in Logan, Utah. Later she was sealed to her husband on April 18, 1981. He died June 7, 1979.
Places lived: Most of her time was spent in Idaho. Later she moved to Logan, Utah.
She was employed by the U.S. Postal Service first in Grace, Idaho, and then in Logan, Utah. She loved her job and the people that she worked with.
She faced many challenges with her family’s health, but with her testimony of Jesus Christ she persevered.
Carma loved music. She played the piano and guitar. She was an active member of the Church of Jesus Christ of Latter-day Saints. When she wasn’t playing the piano in church, she would be conducting the music. She taught the love of music to her whole family. She was happiest when she was serving and helping others.
She is survived by Dorothy (Michael) Parker, Sarasota, Florida. Susan (Glen) Morris, Inkom, Idaho. Ronald (Leanne) Carver, Logan, Utah.
She is preceded in death by her husband, Denton. Daughters Diane and Kathy. Sons Clifford Dean, Kenneth. Grand children, Stephanie, Shane, Brandon, and Jesse.
A viewing will be held in the Allen Mortuary of North Logan at 1800 N. 420 E. North Logan, Utah. From 6:30 to 8:30 PM September 1st.
Funeral services will be held at noon in Grace, Idaho September 2nd at the Grace Idaho LDS Stake Center,404 South Main St. Grace, ID, with a viewing from 10:30-11:30 prior to the funeral.
