Rosie had a long career in banking and retired as Sr. Vice President of Texas Commerce Bank. She also volunteered many rewarding hours at Spohn Hospital.
Rosie was preceded in death by her parents, Nolan and Mary Wisnieski Hominick Birmingham, her beloved husband, Joe F. Moseley, Sr., brothers, Willie, his wife Lottie, Sam, his wife Doris, Pete, his wife Ruby, brother-in-law, Bob Suggs and son-in-law, C.W. Herber.
Rosie was dearly loved by her family and her loyal dog, Lucy.
Visitation will be held from 11:00 a.m. to 1:00 p.m. on Tuesday, September 12, 2017 at Seaside Funeral Home Chapel. A Funeral Service will be held at 1:00 p.m. on Tuesday, September 12, 2017 at Seaside Funeral Home Chapel. Interment to follow at Seaside Memorial Park.
