e was a Swiss writer and journalist. He began his career in journalism in Paris in 1890 as an editor at La Croix fédéral, an organ of the Swiss colony in Paris. Back in Switzerland, he worked for numerous newspapers, magazines and periodicals before founding, in 1896, the "Valais Romand". As early as 1911, he collaborated with the Confederate, which he edited during the First World War . After his final establishment in Geneva, he actively collaborated with the Genevese while writing for the Confederate and other newspapers, in particular the Geneva Tribune and the Geneva Journal.
