The former Alma A. Bartelt was born in Oshkosh on Oct. 3, 1891, daughter of Herman and Theresa Bartelt, and was married to Oscar Allen in Menominee, Mich., on June 16, 1915.
Mrs. Allen was a member of Bethlehem Lutheran Church and Ladies Aid of the church.
Surviving are her widower, Oscar; one daughter, Mrs. Robert Hanson, in Florida; three brothers, Otto, William and Harry Bartelt, Oshkosh; one sister, Mrs. Esther Bernhard, Oshkosh; one grandchild and one greatgrandchild.
Services will be held Thursday at 1:30 p.m. at Bethlehem Lutheran Church, with the Rev. Walter H. Moll officiating. Burial will be in Lake View Memorial Park. Friends may call at Konrad Funeral Home Wednesday from 4-9 p.m., and at the church on Thursday from 11 a.m. until the hour of services.
