Charlotte Spangler Lowery, 89, formerly of the Shenango Valley, died peacefully Thursday, Sept. 28, 2017, in Ridgecrest Nursing Home, DeLand, Fla.
She was born Oct. 21, 1927, to Howard Spangler Sr. and Pearl Campman Spangler.
She is survived by: her daughter, Sharon Kapusta, and her husband Joe, Hermitage; her son, Larry Haynes, of Georgia; five grandchildren, Vince Trenga and wife Kelli, Meadville; Courtney Renner and husband Mike, Farrell; Joseph Kapusta Jr., Hermitage; and Glen and Matthew Haynes, Georgia; and four great-grandchildren, Santino and Blaine Trenga, and Gabriella and Isabella Renner; and a sister, Betsy Marlowe, and a brother, Robert Spangler, both of Hermitage.
Besides her parents, she was preceded in death by her husband, Oliver Lowery, nine days prior to her death (9-19-17); sisters Carol Koch, Sandra Jones, Edythe Barlow, Evelyn Duncan, Donna Black, Sara Hassel, and Loretta Boles; and brothers Howard Spangler Jr. and James, John, and Norman Spangler.
∼Charlotte passed away 9 days after her husband Ollie. Her ashes were sent to her family in Pennsylvania, Ollie's ashes were buried in the Deland Memorial Gardens Cemetery
