Yvonne was the daughter of Oscar and Ida Silva. She had two sisters, Dorotha Silva Brown and Edna Silva Sampson.
She was married to J.E.Marshall and had 2 stepsons and stepdaughters-in-law, David and Kathy Marshall and Doug and Marsha Marshall. She was the proud grandmother of Kimberly, Chip and Mindy and the proud great-grandmother of Kirsten, Tyler, Rebkah and Alexis.
She passed away Tuesday Aug.1,2006 in University of Tennessee Medical Center, Knoxville, Tn.
Mrs. Marshall, I always called her that, was a very down to earth family woman who made you feel like you were part of her family. She was plagued with aches and pains but she loved to cook and bake and share. You never knew when she'd show up with a homemade dessert but you always loved it. Two of her favorites were Italian Wedding cake and Apple Stack cake, delicious!
