FORMER MELROSE RESIDENT DIES
Funeral arrangements are pending for William H. Fitzgerald, 70, of Omaha, Neb., who died early this morning at the Veterans Hospital in Knoxville where he had been a patient the past several months.
A former Melrose resident, he is survived by one son, William, of Brookfield, Mo.; one daughter, Mrs. Geraldine Fries, of Des Moines; and three sisters, Mrs. Ray Hannam, of Melrose, Mrs. J. L. Dinneen and Mrs. Edmund Murray, both of St. Paul.
He had been a federal employee in Omaha the past 30 years.
