White River Junction, VT – October 23, 2017 Hildred "Fern" Marble, 86, departed this world to God’s waiting arms in heaven at Hanover Terrace.

She was born on May 23, 1931 in Bristol, CT. May 21, 1953 she married her life love, Roy F. Marble. Together they raised four children.

She is survived by her children, Laura Marble of White River Jct., VT, Roy David Marble of Hebron, MD, Leslie Marble Ashley and her husband, Eugene of Canaan, NH, Debra Marble Richardson and her husband, Dana of Derry, NH, ten grandchildren, three great grandchildren, several nieces and nephews, and close family friend Robin Osgood.

Due to Fern believing that flowers are for when you are alive, donations can be made in her memory to the following places.

The family is asking that those coming to come with an anonymous, no more than 4 line, memory of Fern, to be placed on memory board.

Visiting hours will be held Saturday, from 3-5pm at the Knight Funeral Home in White Jct., VT. A memorial service will follow immediately at 5pm at the funeral home
