Aaron Isom, 61, of 76 Providence St., a former furniture mover, died Friday at Rhode Island Hospital. He was the husband of Harriet (Smith) Isom.
Born in Wendell, N.C., a son of the late James A. and Anna (Miller) Isom, he lived in Providence 40 years.
Mr. Isom worked for Cabral Movers, East Providence, and the Glantz Furniture Store, Providence, retiring nine years ago. He was a member of the Mt. Calvary Church of Deliverance.
Besides his wife he is survived by a son, five daughters, four brothers, a sister, 24 grandchildren and seven great-grandchildren.
