Grace Mills dies in California

Mrs. A.B. (Grace) Mills died Sunday at the home of her daughter, Mrs. Michael Kieffer in Sacramento, Calif. A private memorial service was being held Wednesday in Sacramento. Donations made to the Heart Fund will be appreciated.

Mrs. Mills was born Oct. 12, 1996, in Loup City, Neb., and lived in Lusk from 1929 until 1956 when her husband A.B. Mills retired from his postmaster position here. They moved to Sacramento upon his retirement.

She belonged to the Lusk Congregational Church, was a member of PEO and Eastern Star, and she worked several years for Agnes Burge at the Quality Shop.

She is survived by Mrs. Kieffer and a son Richard D. Mills, Crystal Lake, Ill.; two grand-daughters; and three great-grandchildren.
